Piccadilly Hand Carwash & Detailing

Took nearly a full hour but when I got the car back there were still areas inside that weren't just unpolished, they hadn't even been wiped at all (still covered with dust). Not "platinum" service and not worth the $48 I paid.

To whom it may concern I give 0 stars about the service and conduct I experienced at your car wash. Before leaving my vehicle, I ensured all items were accounted for. However, after the wash was completed, I discovered that my license plate, which had been on the dashboard, was missing. When I called to inquire about this, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to this poor behavior and the loss of my property, I will not be returning to your business and cannot recommend your services to others. I am requesting that you check your facility for my license plate and address the behavior of your staff.

I’ve been looking for a solid hand car wash in Fresno, which is harder to find than it should be, so I decided to give Piccadilly Hand Car Wash a try since it’s only about three miles from my house. Right off the bat, they told me the turnaround time would be around two hours. That’s longer than most places, but it made sense once I saw the operation. They didn’t have a huge crew, and it was clear they were taking their time with each vehicle rather than rushing through volume. I dropped my car off and Ubered home, and they called me about an hour and a half later letting me know it would be ready right around the two-hour mark. Overall, they did a really strong job. I’d rate the result about an 8–9 out of 10. The car came back very clean, honestly somewhere between a standard wash and a light detail. They applied protectant where it mattered, and the overall presentation was noticeably better than your average drive-through or quick hand wash. That said, there are a couple areas where they fell just short of being excellent. On closer inspection, some of the smaller details were missed. For example, you can clearly see where surfaces were wiped down, but they didn’t always get int

At first it looked fine, but once we got home and looked they just essentially vacuumed and sprayed shiner on the seats. They told my wife for $105 they’d wash the outside and detail the inside, there’s crumbs everywhere in between the seats. I feel completely robbed out of my money. Do not come here.

Got an express wash. Definitely going back. Price was reasonable and I love that they focused on each phase of the car wash. They also have a rewards system too - see their business card.
